In 2004, Al moved to Dubai, where he founded Logical Contracting two years later. As Managing Director, he expanded the company’s reach by adding multiple divisions, ensuring its growth and adaptability in an ever-changing market.

But Al’s ambitions didn’t stop there. In 2016, he established Alvic Plastics Limited, where he revolutionized the plastics industry by spearheading advancements in Wood Plastic Composites (WPC).

Under his leadership, the company became a market leader in the UK, showcasing his ability to scale businesses, build high-performing teams, and create sustainable impact.
